This is a living set of agreements that guide how we show up and care for each other in the Thriving Human Community. Please review before joining. This page will evolve as we grow—together.
1. Come as You Are — Respectfully
No need to pretend or perform. All we ask is that you show up in your full humanness—with care, integrity, and respect for others.
2. Practice Self-Responsibility
This isn’t therapy—but it can be therapeutic. Check in with yourself often. Know your limits, take breaks, and listen to your body and needs. If deeper support is needed, we have trusted mental health resources we can share—just reach out.
3. Keep It Confidential
What’s shared here stays here. No screenshots, reposts, or content sharing outside the community without clear consent. This space is built on trust, mutual respect, and care for one another—honoring confidentiality is one of the ways we protect that.
4. Lead with Consent
Ask before giving advice. Respect boundaries. Use content or trigger warnings where appropriate.
5. Uphold Anti-Oppression
This is a space rooted in equity. We do not tolerate racism, transphobia, ableism, classism, fatphobia, or other forms of harm. We know many of us are unlearning and relearning—please be mindful of internalized “-isms” and phobias. When in doubt, kindly ask. When called in, receive it with openness—even if the tone feels uncomfortable. Growth includes accountability.
6. Stay Curious, Not Defensive
